Like in the case of most of the other heal staffs, when they're strapped on the player's back, it doesn't really look big.
For the egypt, you can clearly see that it's as tall as his player model + his hat.
Like someone previously suggested, maybe a pharaoh gani is better.
But the thing is, that would mean owners of other variations of the heal staff would ask for gani, most notably the rage blade since I think it can only be held, not put on your back.
