Best pk gun?

I want to start pking (maybe basing too) I just wanted to know what the best gun for pk would be and maybe even basing. I have a relatively low budget of 60k (if I have too 75k). I wouldn't mind seeing the stats of your recommendations too. Thanks

Don't have the exact stats, but I got to 90k kills with pdw. I think it costs 70k.

PKing definitely is a hard one because it matters on your style of fighting class. Me personally, I?m best with guns made for sparring. But they work well for me.
