    Angry Toonslab support not answering-

    Hey guys,
    I am a really old player. You hear this a lot, but I have undeniable proof that I have played longer than most of you.

    I quit graal for a while, like most do. I moved during this time. As such, my email provider had to switch (I used my isp provided email to identify with era).

    I now use a gmail account and have no access to the old email account to confirm an identity switch, as it is deactivated. I do have my old emails from it and am still logged into my era account on my device, but I can't identify on new devices without switching my email.

    Toonslab support has been ignoring my messages, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me? See the attached images to know why I like my account so much and really can't afford to lose it.

    So yeah, id really like to ensure I don't lose this account that I've dumped hundreds into over almost 6 years and I'd appreciate any help you guys might be able to give me.

    I still have no clue why they don't just let you change your email in-game.
    But the only thing you can do is wait for a response. :/

    Best thing you can do is submitting a ticket but oh well they aren’t responding and we can’t do anything x(

    Because the account could be stolen or smth

    Keep trying tho I think JustJoshuaLikeAboss got his email changed this year so try contacting him for more suggestions/ info

    ive sent a ticket before and they replied that it's not possible to change email. I even pmed snk before when he was still manager if it was somehow possible to change my email because im using my mom's email but he said it wasnt possible

    Wanna know why?
    Example: your account has been hacked, instead of you still having a chance to revoke his/her/its access, on his/her/its hand lies the transferring of gmail to another, so in conlusion its 39% faster to loose an acc if that feature is applied

    That's a lie. I already change my e-mail. Or maybe it wasn't possible on the past.

    Back in October, I emailed [email protected] and they changed my account email. However, they may have only done this because the same email was associated with two accounts (my player account and my staff account). I’ve heard that this method doesn’t usually work, but it may be worth a shot. You could also try contacting the original email provider and seeing what they can do. Other than that, there’s not really much I can say on the matter, sorry.
