This thread is getting a bit old. If http://support.toonslab.com/ does not reply within 48 hours you should make a new e-mail to submit a ticket to http://support.toonslab.com/ with. When you make the ticket with a new e-mail be sure to reference your older e-mail and graalID. These are really your only options in the case that you need an e-mail change.
For any Jail, Gralat and E-mail related issues, you must submit a ticket to http://support.toonslab.com/ for help.
