Car mission issue.
Car missions appear to be deactivated or broken.
When you try to go to the location in which you're supposed to pick up your passenger, the passenger doesn't appear. This has already been a persisting problem for about 10+ hours, and I feel really bad watching people just sit there and wait for something that doesn't happen.
My question is; what is wrong with car missions?
Is this happening on all pick up areas? : 0
It's broken because the server had a mental breakdown when a load of players logged on.

Yes, it's happening everywhere, I tried at every stop.

Happened to me. =[ I had to pick up the daughter of a Mafia man and I guess they found out what I was going to do with her.
Kidn- Deliver her to the enemies like a good person.
