Here's mine with long-ish hair? And the second one is my friend's that is shown with actual long hair. So you could use these as reference if you want or edit them into your head, completely up to you.
I also think it's something to do with the eyes. There's a general way on how 'manly' eyes are portrayed in-game, but then again you should be able to create your own eyes or rather gfx without limits. Tbh, it's more-so the player's fault for mislabeling you.
In any case, here's a few eye examples you could look into. No pun intended.
