    Why doesn't Homeless Witch ever restart server?

    The Server today has been dreadully lagging why doesn't Homeless Witch ever bother restarting it?

    The server has been lagging today because new files are being downloaded to era (The new exotic items). i guess that is why?

    Lol. When staff upload scripts and images to the server, it usually never lags out the entire thing.

    Restarting the server has never reduced lag for me
