So i have been exsperiencing a problem for a week.
Basicly i cant get in my account and it got removed from my Email
If i pres identify with the email i made the acc with it says
Do you wish to create a new acc under this email.
I am a old 2008 player who spent alot of cash in this game.
I have been told ask toonslab for help they will help you 100%
The last respond i got was
"sorry your account is not linked with the email you are sending us"

He did his best to help everyone even those who hated him,
He was active and always ran to help those in need,
Despite he was inactive for 100+ days he had personal issues whic i wont be talking about,
He never ignored a glitch or a bug
He always rewarded those who helped or reported a bug,
Now idk and i am not here to force somone back but he is the one who made era a Strong thing here in the community,

Fam no one in era has acces to my account and i was inactive for about 2 weeks i logged on christmas and puff no acc on the email anymore
Not just that my account is a good part of the community
And noted to my self the first time a frend reseted my spar stats that il never allow anyone
Literaly the account is standing there unidentified

same thing happened to me, homelesswitch never bothered to do anything and i made like 2 posts about this yet they never bothered to get my account back or anything.

honestly, i feel bad for homeless she was really a nice pr when i was still a newbie in era. one of my most memorable moment with her was winning a race she hosted in events house, it was the first and only race i've won.

Toonslab ignores the tickets and everything about it
Now im not sure for what resion does it say "insert your ticket we will provide a way to help"
It has been 6 days since i posted my ticket and i posted like 3-4 still no response nor a way to even comfort me on getting it back soon
