Snowmans ?

I haven’t been on era in a while , and I decided to make a few snowmen . Although I spawned a few , some of them didn’t turn into monsters. Do they still give hats? Just curious c:

I killed 6 snowmen and still haven't recived a hat :c

when I built the snowmen this is what happened to me maybe something else will happen to you.
if you don’t scratch there then you scratch somewhere else
