You clearly are not familiar with the Roadman dialect.
There's a dialect associated with "Gangsters"/Roadmen/Chavs in the UK and uckers is a derogatory term meaning prostitute.
It's like calling someone the rude version of female dog.
They have the same meaning but one is obviously more offensive.
