Account Issue

There is an issue going around iEra which can happen to any player. I still don't know what's causing this and if encountered, it can not be fixed. Players have been recently getting their accounts un-linked from their accounts, this has not been fixed yet. Hopefully, admins will check into this and will give us access back to our accounts.

---Quick Update---
This happens to all servers too, so if your email un-links from your graal account, it happens on all servers such as Classic, Zone and Ol' West, not just iEra.

What I was told:
Junz: "I spoke to HW, just echoed what i got told.
iEra staff can't help, but toonslab staff may be able to, i'd honestly just suggest sending emails to [email protected] until you get a reply, although it may take a while, since i'm sure you've already done so to no success."

Anero: "Don't expect them to link it back. The same thing has happened to me - I've had PRA's ask management multiple times about it... the only thing I've heard is that I should stop sending tickets because they "don't know why" and "can't help".
It's a tragedy what this game has come to."

Did you guys also lose access to other servers such as Classic, Zone, Ol' West? And did you request an e-mail change before?

We need to bring more attention to this thread and get more staff members to view this. Many players like myself have already lost our accounts due to this, yet they still haven't checked this issue out.
