The death frame isn't allowed. The death frame has to keep the same shape as all the other frames.
The other parts of the death frame area don't even show up for me...
I can't even tell if it's the correct dimensions and whether it has all the frames or not because it has weird spacing.

So... no. It's not. Any head where any of the frames completely change shape isn't allowed (i.e. the head is a cat head but in the death frames it becomes a grim reaper). Also isn't allowed in heads or bodies for it to change colours or have frames that suggest color change. Only exception is within death frames.
