In my opinion the Vampiric staff needs a small buff.
At the moment it's just a m4 with less spread& more freeze and a hw shield and teleport.

less freeze, 50% shield and teleport. That's pretty good. Maybe not worth exactly 200k and an exotic but good nonetheless.
