How is he a high staff he sits there all day he didn't lift a finger to help anyone the most I've seen come out of him is "submit a ticket" he's pathetic.

I kinda agree with this, staff in-game shouldn't be mods OR have mod powers. (You don't need to be vulgar though)
BUT I could see the higher ups having it such as Manager/Development but not SPR/PR.
