Urgent Uploading issue?...

Ok, so I was trying to upload my head to era. I got a message when I clicked the upload button that I've never seen.

It said "Unknown file type: It must be either a head, body, or shield."

Someone tell me what this means? I had 'head' checked off and tried multiple times. I made sure the file was correct, it is a gif image and it is saved as a gif, however the head did work when I removed the gif and tried. I the re-added it and tried again -- same issue.

Can someone help?

Did you click if it is a head, body or shield when you tried to upload it?

Also if you attach the image to your thread you might get better replies or someone might be able to fix it for you.

I doubt we can come to any conclusions without act seeing the head file in question

I fixed it and uploaded it. I just copied the head to another template and it worked. I wasn't going to share the image because I don't want it stolen lol. Thanks --
