Ohh, yeah! I hate the controls as well, on phone it's bad enough but on the computer graal online version you can't change them to WASD and grabbing + meleeing relies on weird keys like DSZ.

Vacci made a script for using WASD on IEra using PC, it also works on Zone, Olwest, Classic, but not really on Delteria. It's a great script. Nice controls, plus quite a few other dandy and useful things. Here's the thread he made on it. You can download it there.

The support.toonslab.com.. They are just taking some actions when you send a ticket..

Example:

Player (Jailed):Can you investigate why i got jailed? Please idk the exact reason why i got jailed..

Higher position Admin:Please send ticket to Support.Toonslab.Com

I think who cares about sending ticket it's so annoying.. You got the fre*** position to Help players with big problem..
