    is it even possible to get an item transfer?

    id like to know because i want one item on my account to my alt account.

    Nope, it is not possible. It would not make sense to have tradable items and untradable items if anything could just be moved around.

    Nope. Transferring an untradable item from one account to another is not allowed. People ask for it all the time because they have different guns on different accounts that they want to merge into one account.

    I have 3 accounts myself and would love to merge everything into one account but it is not possible.
