Need a Ifiler (For Classic)

Since the Classic forums is under maintenance i thought I would post here. I need a head to be ifiled on classic. I've been trying to find a person who can ifile for weeks so this is last resort then I'll probably drop the idea.

I've seen 2 people have the exact same head. One of them quit so I can't ask for the file and the other person said he lost the file for it but still has the head. I've asked my friend if he has seen it and he said he has but he doesn't know who made it so I'm out of options. after I get the head I was thinking to edit out some stuff from it

Ifiling isn't hacking, it's opening game files. It's really easy. hacking would be changing them.(i think)
