Submitting a ticket won't do anything. Also telling him to get an android or iphone isn't really helpful either because it's pretty obvious he doesn't want one/can't get one which is why he got the Windows10 phone.
Off topic but Windows doesn't suck, while that is your opinion and everyone has a right to state their opinion. It's quite stupid, Windows one of the best operating systems if not THE best operating system in 2018.
