And there is a score. Ex: hit level 45 it records on scoreboard and get reward. But many gangs can play it at the same time? Or is it like basing that only one gang can hold a plasma corp server?

Yep the scoreboard for top level reached(gang) and most baddies killed(player) added.
At the last beta test run 3 gangs played at the same time led by 3 admins

Will it be only people who participated will get the coins or is it the entire gang gets the coins?
Also how expensive will the items be x.x

Depends.ex-If you died at level 10 but your team reach level 20 . You?ll only get level 10 rewards.
