Smh. calm down, how often do people report or upload nowadays? The job is literally status for majority of them at this point. Also do you not understand "player relations" it's to communicate and work directly with the players so I'd say events are part of the job.
Plasma corp is for anything, the testing hasn't started yet and others have been talking about whatever they want.
Also as for joining the era server i just fid and this staff member isn't in it.. i can see why
