    What is the purpose of the Lep coin drops?

    Today I noticed that the Leprechauns have returned to Era. As I have been killing them for about 2 hours now I learned that when the lep dies coins drop. I have collected numerous coins after I had two random SPD items I found from killing in my inventory but the coins have been seeming to do nothing since I collect so many I haven't got another melee, hat, or whatever. That is why I ask, What is the purpose of the Lep coin drops?

    Possibly a future shop. Since its similar to valentines hearts and easter eggs.
