The above rule clearly states that you are not permitted to promote/advertise competing products/services (apps). In doing so you can be locked out- unlinked.

most of players never even see that rule as that rule isnt put anywhere ingame so players have no clue about it. and why do we still get punished even though we just mention it but not promote it in any way?
