Gfx Help With Transparency problem on custom body?

Um idk why but ive set transparency and everything but I can't seem for it to pass the test!

For the black colors, i always use at least 3 in the V section of coloration. If that doesn't fix it, your body is probably indexed. Go into gimp (or any other program that can do the same) and set the image mode to RGB. Same goes with heads.
