My gf lost access to her mail and for some reason the password is not working. Is there any way to grant her access to her account again?

If you can’t sign in to your email, there’s nothing we can really do... you shouldn’t give out your email address or password. I suggest you try and recover the password through the email provider.

As failure said, not being able to access your email is an issue outside of era and there?s nothing staff can do. The best thing you could probably do is either try contacting the email provider or use forgot password since she most likely forgot her password. Most people have a recovery email or phone number linked to their email account that can be used to recover the email so you should try looking into that.
