This jail should not show up once you're unjailed, I believe when checks were ran on people earlier, they still had no warn history. It was as if it was an IP jail, where you can be in jail without any warnings and stuff like that.

You can PM any PR in game to ask how many warnings you have but they won't know how many times you were jailed. Warning history is the only thing that is important anyway.
