1 Download Artstudio on an ios device
2 Make Sure you download the PNG file
3 Open PNG on ArtStudio

>Resize

Odd, they should be 128 by 720.
Perhaps he meant 128x720 but mistyped it or remembered it incorrectly.

Generally to fix this problem the image just needs to be opened with paint/gimp/photoshop and saved as .png or .gif
