THEY DONT WANT PRS TO CHECK UPLOADS CONSTANTLY EVEN THO AUTOBAN EXISTS, WE HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF PLAYERS AND THEY ALREADY DISABLED THE FEATURE TO UPLOAD WHEN YOU DONT HAVE GRALATS FOR UPLOADS IN YOUR INVENTORY WHICH HELPS REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF UPLOADS COMING IN BY ALOT. theyre not lazy, not at all. being pr also doesnt give you a huge privilege in game
