Why does this happen?

So.. every now and then my options get reset (the place where you manage the volume,hide/show stats,events notifications etc). I know this happens to literally everyone. But out of curiosity what causes it to reset your options?

I always just thought it had to do with lag or lag spikes when entering a crowded area or something like that. In reality, I have no idea.

Assuming that's cached and is reset upon the cache being cleared.
Aka; either when you perform an action to clear the cache (e.g. Use a cache cleaner) or unintentionally purge it by doing something like a hard reset (iOS).

I have never got my options reseted 0.o

Mine have never been reset and I've played for a while

I only get options reseted when I log into different devices.

Happened to me a lot.

Randomly happens to me when I change heads, change hats, change character slots, or change options like turning screen drag on or off. Happens at least a couple times every week. Very Very Annoying.
