When originally trying to upload a gang logo, I had it rejected. So, I tried again with another photo but the system told I had to wait 24 hours to upload another photo.
Why 24 hours? Could we make it 5 minutes or 10 minutes instead of a full day?

Wow, it used to be 30mins - 1h wait if the image got rejected. 24h is just a lot!

staff said they do that to avoid upload spam, i mean how many times a day do people upload gang photos and it's not like player relations do gfx or leveling

Still, a day is too much, they could at least decrease that time to 3 hours.
Valid concern and thank you for sharing the staff's point-of-view on the issue, but there's no denying that 24 hours is "over kill", so to speak.
I think half-an-hour would be appropriate.
