Alright Joey, hear me out on this one:
There's a giant Lebanon flag covering the back wall. You can't buy it or anything like that, it's just there for decoration. However, if you touch the cedar, it's actually a little Lebanon flag in disguise that you can buy and put in your in-game house.
To be honest, that'll be kind of pointless as there's already two places in Era where you can buy muscular male bodies:
1. The first location is the Era Fashion shop located west of the Start Recycling Center.
2. The second location is the Street Wear shop located northwest of LOKKI Cars.
