Send a ticket to Toonslab by clicking here and tell them that you've been jailed for approximately 7 years and they should either lift the jail or reduce it accordingly.

Idk if they’ve changed the system or not, but when I got jailed for 16k hours, I was automatically released after 4 weeks.

Not sure if the system is programmed to do this but I think someone noticed that you were jailed for 16000 hours and they decided to release you lol

It happened twice and I was released both times at around 4 weeks. I don’t think a staff member manually released me

Yup, gotta submit that ticket to support.toonslab.com. Tickets can take up to 48 hours to resolve, so hopefully you won’t be banned for much longer.

(Btw, this section is for issues regarding the forums, not in-game issues. But I’ll leave the thread here just so you don’t lose it or anything.)
