There's no country in the world called "Islamic Nation" and also, if there was an "Islamic Nation" why would they say "Army made from the Arabs" when they're clearly Muslims, what if a Turk or a Paki (slang for someone from Pakistan) joined them?

The Turks nor the Pakis are Arabs but aren't must of them Muslims? So, does that mean they'll be denied access to join?
What about the Iranians? The Kurds? The Bengals? The Albanians, whom, unlike the Turks, are Europeans but have no relationship to the Middle East? The Turks are Europeans, but they live in the Middle East, but the Albanians are neither Arabs nor do they live in the Middle East, so would this new nations of yours, just deny them entry?
