This is getting frustrating, sometimes when I summon it works but next minute it doesn't so can someone explain to me why and what's the proper way of doing it? Thanks before hand!!!

You can’t be summoned or summon someone in some buildings.
make sure the dude ur tryna summon doesnt have a trash pick equipped and is not moving around
But the problem is even when I am trying to summon a friend that's not in a building, it doesn't work.
To summon do the following:
-Make sure the person you want to summon is on the Gmap
-make sure he isn't moving/dying/healing/ anything like that
-OK now summon

If you want to summon someone they have to be a star friend and I believe both players have to be outside
