It all depends when I used to spar a lot, i used the sten and dominated, but you might not like the sten because its hard to get used to. i would say the Sten or M4.

yes, but is more recommended ( my opinion ) is more usefull the Sten or the M4 for spar.

sten is really accurate but m4 is also really good is ur looking cheap go m16
