    Who Runs the GraalOnline Support Email?

    As of now, it's been 11 days since I sent my first email to GraalOnline support. No Response. Sent another one Last Tuesday (A week before today). Still, no response. Agility has just about the same story, and now he's pretty much left era.

    Who even runs the support email account? Does anyone? By how fast they're responding, I don't think anyone checks it.

    Emailed the messages to [email protected], in case anyone suspects it's the wrong address.

    have you tried submitting a ticket through the ticket process? Or did you just email the actual email address

    Who would run graalonline support ? It’s HW and above. So yea HW, unixmad and other staff we might not be aware they exist.
    Also the reason why support toonslab sucks because HW refused to make 2+ people in charge of it so it was only one person. Idk about now tho

    Have you tried emailing [email protected] ?

    That's the only email I've ever received a response from. Alternatively, you could message [email protected] directly.

    Yeah, I submitted one. They told me to submit an email to that exact address.

    I guess I could try that, but do they ever resolve account issues? I’d think that their emails are for more of development purposes than resolving account-related issues.
