Considering new players start with enough gralats to buy a few shovels and still have enough for a trade....what’s to stop someone from repeatedly making new accounts and gifting those shovels to the main account? Absolutely nothing, except an annoying five hour limit on new accounts.

I mean, not really. Who would be obsessed enough to make a new account and wait 5 hours just so that they could trade a couple of shovels? And then repeat the cycle.

There may be people yes, but it definitely lowers the percentage of people doing this.
