I'm guessing the main reason why you need at the most 5+ hours to enter the Trade house is because of scamming issues in the past.

Exactly what imaginary said, I don’t think newcomers will even know what trading is. I’m pretty sure they will barely have a grasp of the basics by the time they get to the 5hrs.
