The sewers aren't used enough... There should be underground PK and maybe a few annoying rats. But an underground sewer base I think would be awesome. An extra base would help provide more gangs get some time since there's only like 5-10 gangs always controlling bases

This would be cool, and fun. You could have to swim in the first room or halls, but have little islands so you could stand on and shoot
