    Add first aid packs that restore your full hp in neo healroom

    Add first aid packs that restore 50HP in the neo healroom. It's kind of annoying to fort/war there. Why do all bases have it and neo does not.

    Neo is a weird base all around. I hate it so much. Regardless of my opinion of it, i do think it should have med kits in the respawn bay just like other bases.
