This is a question I have had since I saw the Gun Info center building and it is
¿When will it be open?, It has been a long time and I have not seen much progress and it makes me very happy to see it completed soon. I just want to know if anyone has an idea of the time that is needed for it to be inaugurated.

Theres many tutorials out there on how to learn GS2 and to make levels and ganis etc. No one needs to teach you. You need to go look for yourself.
