High Ranking Abusive Staff Member

I am not going to say names here, but I know of and have been a victim of an abusive staff member who holds one of the highest ranks among the iEra staff team. I have been trying for months to gain contact with HW but have not been successful. I submitted a ticket today and am awaiting a reply but thought I would also make a post here about it in case the ticket is overlooked. Anyway, I have proof of the abuse from some screen recordings I took, I just need a way to show HW. Can anyone help me?

I hope this gets resolved. But she’s quite busy and hard to get ahold of. I needed her to do something for me once and it took several days. And i don’t blame her ofc. My point is it’s very hard to get ahold of any Manager. I think your best bet would be to try and get into contact with another high authority and let them pass on the information.
