Can't Upload my Edited Head. What Gives?

So, the head I had for quite awhile got refunded today. It came as a shocker since I did not see in no way how it's illegal. When I asked Yuki, she told me "non-human" heads are illegal. Since my head doesn't have a mouth, it's considered illegal. I then added a month and did a few little edits. Now I can't upload it at all. I get the same message of please do not resubmit this image.

So please tell me what is non-human about my head now that I added a mouth and it has eyes? It's a bit infuriating when there are other customs that have no mouth but still roam around Era no problem. The fact that I cannot upload the slight edit of the head I been wearing for the past few years is disheartening. Need some help here.
