“How to” Or “How Do You”?

Okay, for grammar. Say you’re asking something such as “how to farm Big Mushrooms?”, would it be that, OR, “how do you farm Bug Mushrooms?”

Like, in a TITLE. I’m not talking about everyday stuff. Is it acceptable to say “how to farm big flowers?”, or not?

It's 'How do you farm Big Mushrooms?'.

It depends if you're asking or trying to show how to do it.

If you're trying to explain how to farm Big Mushrooms, you use 'How to Farm Big Mushrooms', whereas if you're trying to ask how to do it, it's 'How do you farm Big Mushrooms?'

So, if you’re asking a question, it’d ALWAYS be inaccurate to use “how to farm big mushrooms”?

    For the most part, yes.

If you're titling it as 'How To', it leads the reader into thinking you're going to show them how to do something.

I'd use "how to" if I'm asking someone who I'm not sure if that person even knows how to do it.
I use "how do you" if I've seen that person do that thing before and I'm asking them exactly how they do it in the same manner they did. That's how I use it, not sure how grammar works as I live in a third world country where survival is my main goal.

If I’m asking a person I’d use how do you, if it’s general or no one specific “how to”

You say "How to" when your providing or advertising a tutorial to someone else.
You say "How do you" when your asking someone to tutor you.
