Its called “blooming feathers”. It has a gun mode which deals 5 damage (6 in perfect shape) with a clip of 5 bullets and it is not automatic.
It also has a melee mode which deals 8 damage.
It can only be found in the rare baskets, not in the regular ones. It took me about 2 days (in reality like 6-8 hours) to get it.
