Anyways yes it's obvious that it's the same hat, although I don't think they'll do anything because it may just count as an Easter Egg/Allusion.

Yeah the shop is super old, I even bought a hat from it and visit it once in a while to see if I should get another.
I just happened to notice the Pirate Hat and it seemed familiar (I'm obsessed with Maplestory lol).
