    IP not listed

    Hey guys, I recently change my internet provider and when I log into grail, its saying that my ip is not listed. it wont let me login because of that.

    does anyone have this problem before and know how to fix this issue?

    Support.toonslab.com would be your best bet - your IP list would most likely need to be reset which can be done by contacting Toonslab.

    they replied pretty fast but no help at all with my situation. I send them a screen shot of the problem that I'm having, no reply.

    The issue is a glitch which comes as a result of you previously having staff iOS (the whole 'ip auth' thing). Sometimes it glitches and demands an IP auth even after the staff iOS tools are removed, which then manually has to be fixed.
