Upload has been disapproved because of too many frames?

So I uploaded this GIF head about 9 times throughout the day, and I constantly got this error message https://imgur.com/a/txhO74b
There's only 22 frames, not anything near 150? I'm so confused on why it's getting denied, and I have never seen this error message before when uploading GIFs.
I assumed that maybe there were too many frames, so I managed to cut it down to 7 after many other attempts. https://imgur.com/a/Ep7XX1M
It's still giving me the same error, and I have no clue why oOF

Pretty sure it has to do with the duration each frame is as well.

The system automatically disapproves it too.

I usually count, if ur animation is longer than 22 seconds then it will be disapproved. Usually around 3 animations is fine.

Not anything near 22 seconds, it’s only about 10. I’ve even uploaded many heads in the past with GIFS much longer than this one, and they were approved, so why is this one being disapproved?

Try compiling your frames to .GIF using another tool/service.

I used GIMP and then I used a bunch of GIF maker websites, still doesn’t work. >_<

I would say it depends on the admin too because I used to upload heads and bodies throughout different times of the day and it usually worked.

It does not depend on the admin. The disapprovals related to too many frames are automatically denied by the system.

Then I would say the system needs to be re-calibrated.
