Upload has been disapproved because of too many frames?

Not anything near 22 seconds, it’s only about 10. I’ve even uploaded many heads in the past with GIFS much longer than this one, and they were approved, so why is this one being disapproved?

Bites: 38.66

Oh it’s that layer, you cannot have that amount of ms within that layer. Rule of thumb for me is 3000 to 3500 ms. If you change it it won’t be automatically declined
