Yes this is another post about jailing.
Basically I've let a buddy use my account while I have been away, I have been jailed for hacking 'changing era files' it says that I am being released but I have not been released. I have tired to send a ticket to toonslab but apparently my email is wrong even though it isn't. I'm finding this annoying, so could any staff help with this matter?

Got to be careful when letting people borrow your account, hopefully you're unjailed soon though.

There’s a reason why we don’t recommend sharing accounts, which is simply because we can’t do a whole lot if you get jailed because of it.
Anyway, are you submitting a ticket with the email you identify with in-game?

It has but it appears my accounts has been permently banned

There's a possibility you were unlinked if Toonslab support cannot match your email to your account.

I've managed to sent a ticket now but I think I have been perm banned
